Shipping policy

Please note that our business hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00 (CET). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We aim to dispatch all in stock items the same day on orders placed before 12.00 (CET). Orders placed after this time can still be shipped out the same day most of the time, but due to the irregular times our courier collections take place, we cannot always guarantee a later time in the day.

All orders will be shipped either via DPD or GLS, from our own distribution centre located in the Netherlands.
