We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Please do not send any goods back until we have confirmed the return and provided you with the appropriate return instructions. Goods returned without prior confirmation may not be processed correctly.

Return costs

For unwanted items or change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If the return is required because we have supplied an incorrect item, or because the goods are faulty or damaged, we will arrange the appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

All returns must be agreed with us before any goods are sent back. Once the return has been confirmed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We may also ask for photographs where these will help us assess the problem. We will then confirm the appropriate resolution and, where necessary, provide return instructions.

Please do not return damaged, faulty or incorrect goods before we have reviewed the issue and confirmed what you should do next.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including bespoke, customised or special-order products where applicable, and goods that have been used, altered or are no longer in a condition suitable for resale, except where the goods are faulty or your statutory rights apply.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, size or variant, please contact us first. In most cases, the quickest option is to arrange the return of the unwanted item and place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel qualifying distance purchases, subject to any applicable exceptions.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you receive the goods. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.

Please contact us within this period if you wish to exercise your right to cancel. We will acknowledge your request and provide the appropriate return instructions. Please do not send the goods back until you have received those instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds

Once an agreed return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method.

Refund processing time

Once a refund has been approved, it will normally be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
