What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the most popular payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and a selection of local payment methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost every EU country. For the full list of countries we deliver to and the shipping rates, please see our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times.

Do you offer trade accounts to businesses?

Yes we do! If you are interested in opening a trade account with us, please get in touch by sending an email to info@kabelbinders.com.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course! We have a flexible 30-day return & refund policy and accept returns and exchange of items that are in unused condition and unopened packaging. Please read more about our return and refund policy here.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

We aim to ship out all orders placed before 14:00 CET that we have received for items that are in stock during the same working day between Monday - Friday. Please see our delivery times for each country here.

Where are you based?

We are based in Utrecht, Netherlands. Please note that we currently cannot accommodate visitors, and solely operate online.

Do I need to create an account?

You do not need to create an account with us to place an order. An account will be automatically created for your email address used to place the order with. If you have already placed an order on another website that uses Shopify, you will already have an account.

How can I get a VAT exemption on my order?

In accordance with the Intra-community VAT rules, if you are able to provide a valid VAT number on our checkout page, our website will automatically remove VAT from your order. Please note that all orders to Netherlands will be charged VAT.

Will I be charged custom fees or import duties?

As we only deliver to other EU countries from the Netherlands (and charge VAT accordingly), there won't be any import fees or duties applicable for your order.

Do you deliver to the UK?

We do not deliver to the UK. However, our sister company Cableties.co.uk offers a similar range of cable ties and cable accessory products.

Do you offer international delivery?

We currently ship orders to the countries listed here. If your country is not listed, please get in touch by sending an email to info@kabelbinders.com to discuss your order further (minimum order quantity might apply).
